We designed a PowerPoint presentation dedicated to clarifying the manager’s role within Bessé. The objective was to make often implicit responsibilities more explicit and align teams around a shared management framework.

The presentation turns an HR and organizational topic into a simple, structured, and directly actionable tool. Designed using Bessé’s corporate template, it supports the appropriation of managerial expectations and their rollout across the organization.
