A quiz to engage future talent

As part of its employer brand strategy, Krys designed a playful activation aimed at optician schools to capture students’ attention and build engagement with the group. The goal was to turn a professional topic into an interactive experience inspired by the Burger Quiz TV show format, encouraging interaction and participation.

An immersive, interactive experience

The concept enables real-time engagement with students and strengthens their interest in joining the Krys network. The experience is enhanced by Klaxoon, used to run an interactive quiz on the optical market. A hybrid approach combining gamification, learning and digital tools to make the brand more attractive to future professionals.
